REACTION

Library’s strategy was to increase consumer engagement by visually galvanising Harris + Hoole to stand by it’s quirky positioning using iconic photography within its brand story. We created an integrated campaign across all customer journey touchpoints that told the story of Harris + Hoole through a series of images ensuring that their ‘best barista’ message was heavily weighted. The campaign was rolled out across all 38 stores and was the first time in brand history such visually arresting photography was used to break through the saturated coffee market.

RESULT

This strategy resulted in increased brand awareness and greater consumer engagement and advocacy, driven by a cohesive campaign which connected the local stores visually, yet remained true to each locations character and clientele.
